National Sales Manager
Role Overview:
A brand-new opportunity for an experienced National Sales Manager to lead, grow and inspire the sales team though a significant sales transformation. Sharp offers an ever-expanding portfolio of solutions and we are looking for the right individual to take us  forward into  a customer centric solution selling  approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing, driving, mentoring and coaching 4 Regional Sales Managers nationally who are collectively responsible for a team of 25 sales people. Achieving and exceeding agreed KPI targets – Revenue, Profit, Solutions and Visual Solutions. Leading a Sales Transformation Project, which will drive the teams towards a more customer centric selling ethos.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
Proven track record of effectively managing sales professionals within a complex selling environment with multiple product sets
Experience from the  IT hardware/software, IT solutions, Audio Visual, Printer, Photocopier or MFD sectors is required 
Previous experience in Sales Transformation and changing sales mindsets is a distinct advantage
Customer centric sales ethos is critical and able to instill this in the team
Able to deliver a continually improving sales performance and against core business and new products
Experienced in using Lead Indicators to improve results
Strong numerate and analytical skills
Strong emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills at all levels
Good understanding of key business areas, including solid commercial acumen.
Thorough up to date knowledge of technologies involved in networked products and office solutions
Highly effective people management skills, with an emphasis on all aspects for performance management
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills including persuasion, negotiation and relationship brokering
Self-starter, creative problem solver,  results focused
Effective planning and organisational skills
Track record in achieving budget, demonstrable business acumen and strong financial skills
Resilient and able to manage change constructively
Pro-active, dynamic, energetic and able to motivate people
Performance driven with the ability to implement this culture within the team
