|Finance Management Reporting Assistant – SAP
Key role assisting with the preparation of monthly and quarterly consolidated reports for Sharp Europe, utilising SAP Business Warehouse, Business Objects and Excel. Your role will help support the budget making process for Europe and strengthen management reporting and internal control systems

Utilising reporting tools such as SAP BW (Business Warehouse), Business Objects and Excel VBA macro.
Creating and maintaining SAP BW objects such as a profit centre (PC), cost centre, PC hierarchy / groupings, X-orders, uploading budget & actual allocation cycles.
Establishing macro tools for automation of reporting tasks
Preparing for quarterly closing and consolidated Group reporting
Preparing for monthly consolidated financial closing and reporting
Coordinating Monthly Financials from all sales subsidiaries
Assisting with monthly actual and forecast reporting of total Europe
Preparing monthly managerial reports for European management
Supporting and managing subsidiaries’ monthly and quarterly reporting
Involvement in other ad-hoc analysis and projects as required
Assisting in the production of budget for Europe
Providing support for treasury analysis and reporting tasks when required
Experience, Skills Required skills and experience:
Previous experience in a financial reporting role
Strong SAP knowledge and experience (FI/CO, SAP BW, SD, MM)
Excel Advanced level including Lookups, pivot tables)
Previous finance responsibility
Highly organised and able to be flexible at month-end and fiscal-end, Budget, P/L closing timing
Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative as well as within a team
Good interpersonal and analytical skills
Committed to continuous improvement with a track record of taking the initiative to improve key systems
Resilient and able to manage change constructively
Good written and oral communication skills
Cooperates effectively with others across team boundaries
