|Managed Print Services Operative - based Middlesex
Great new role working on site in a team of 3 who look after 140 photocopiers and printers across a university campus in North West London. Working days are Saturday to Wednesday. Full training given

Working Saturday to Wednesday as part of the onsite maintenance team for one of Sharp’s key customers. Day to day proactive maintenance on the machines – topping up paper trays and replacing toner cartridges, keeping machines clean and updated as required. Making sure that database of machines is up to date and updating training material to be displayed near the machines. Responding to user requests and queries. Logging calls and requests, escalating problems as required. Helping with moves and relocations of the devices.
Full training given. Going forward you will be trained to do front line repairs.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
Practical person with prior knowledge of photocopiers, printers and MFDs (Multifunction Devices) is ideal, however full training will be given. Great attitude to customer service, awareness of being on customer site and committed to giving a great service to the students and staff who rely on the machines being fully operational
Practical and reliable with customer service skills and helpful attitude.
