Communications Partner 

Role Overview:
In this brand-new role, you will develop and implement a forward-thinking communications and engagement strategy to deliver a consistent tone of voice and pull together various company initiatives into one meaningful employee proposition. Key Responsibilities:

Internal communications
Identify target audiences and create effective engagement strategies
Defining and implementing a communications plan
Develop, support & promote company strategy, message development and social media content
Manage the communications on Sharp UK HR intranet sites
Ensure Marketing/Brand and internal comms strategy/activity are aligned
Support communication stream for business projects
Continually improve and build internal communication channels and tools
Develop an employee engagement strategy for the business, working closely with leaders and executives to strengthen employee engagement activities
Lead an employee engagement survey and action planning
Create internal engagement promotions and prizes
Manage the recognition scheme and platform
Events delivery and project management
Employee value proposition
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to build the EVP - Employee Value Proposition
Manage social media employee value proposition communication
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in an internal communications or engagement role
Experience of working in a standalone role balancing strategic tasks with day to day
Digital focus, able to demonstrate experience of communications in this way
Social media com experience including Instagram, twitter, Facebook, Linked In and snapchat
Proven ability to meet deadlines and work flexibly in a fast-paced work environment.
Engagement Survey expérience
Experience of working on change projects
Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field
Experience of starting up/creating a communications offering and engagement strategy for a business
Culture change experience
Experience of digital marketing tactics, such as SEO and email marketing
Advanced knowledge of social media platforms
An internal communications background within an HR team
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to question and challenge appropriately
Ability to liaise effectively at all levels and gain buy in from Senior management
Excellent project management and administration skills.
Able to manage multiple projects working at pace and to timelines
An innovative and creative mindset, constantly seeking ways to improve and enhance communications.
Proven ability to use standard Microsoft packages.
