As a field service engineer you will visit customer sites providing first class service whilst installing, maintaining and repairing a range of multi-function devices and software. We are now looking for an additional Photocopier Engineer to cover the Northampton and Milton Keynes area.
Our engineers work sociable hours (Monday – Friday, office hours) and are provided with a company car which they can also use for their personal mileage.
Field Service Engineer responsibilities
Perform service and repairs to machines as directed by Service Admin
Deliver, install and demonstrate machines
To carry out MCP procedures on all calls including deliveries
Attend training courses and service meetings as requested
Perform workshop repairs and refurbishments as requested
Responsible for the completion of all service calls allocated
Manage protect stocks of parts and consumables in company vehicle
Promote company products and feed any relevant information back to the sales department
Experience as a Field Service Engineer installing, maintaining and repairing technical devices and software
Good understanding of the printing process
Experience of networking equipment would be an advantage.
Sharp experience would be an advantage although candidates who can demonstrate they have the right skills and ability to learn will be considered as Sharp have comprehensive training facilities.
