Sharp are looking for a self-sufficient and experienced Level 3 IT support analyst to join Sharp Stockport. This is a great opportunity for an experienced level 2 IT analyst to take a step up in their career or for a level 3 IT support analyst to utilise your experience and develop in your career.
As a level 3 IT support analyst you will be the last stop for IT related issues with our clients as well as support to our level 2 members of staff. You will provide IT support both remotely and on clients’ sites where you will not only resolve the issue but also provide a high level of customer service to the client.  In addition to this you will also have a big part to play in IT projects and delivering solutions ensuring the project is completed in time and to the expected requirements.
•             Minimum of 1 years’ experience within a similar level of IT support preferably in a MSP
•             Strong migration and networking experience
•             In-depth knowledge of MS
•             MS qualifications would be preferred
•             Good quality of customer service 
•             Confident and positive can-do attitude
•             Team player
•             Able to manage time and workload effectively
•             Excellent telephone manner
•             Driving licence is essential
