|HR Business Partner
Excellent new opportunity for an HR Business Partner to be based at our European Head Quarters. The HRBP will provide effective & efficient generalist HR support to employees based at Stockley Park as well as supporting the VP Human Resources in the development and implementation of European HR projects and policies
Provide generalist HR support & advice across the full spectrum of HR related activities to ensure that issues are addressed in proactive & efficient manner
Support the VP HR in the development & implementation of talent attraction & development processes
In conjunction with the VP HR manage and develop compensation and benefit & employee wellbeing policies and programmes.
Assist in the development and maintenance of a positive employee relations climate, including involvement in the Sharp European Works Council.
Be responsible for managing Pan European HR processes and reporting across a broad range of areas including employee engagement, talent management, compensation & benefit and compliance
Be part of the European HR leadership team and contribute to the development of HR strategies & plans in line with the business aims and objectives.
Experience / Qualifications
Degree educated with 5+ years generalist HR experience, ideally gained within a technology or sales/service orientated company
Good knowledge & understanding of talent attraction & development processes
Solid track record in operational HR
Good understanding of UK employment law
Coaching & facilitation experience desirable
Good project management & computer skills - Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Proficiency in French or German advantageous
Excellent interpersonal skills
Pro-active, can act independently
Resilient and able to manage change constructively
Comfortable making decisions
Self-starter, creative problem solver, results focussed
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Adapts interpersonal style to suit different people or situations
Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
