We have an excellent Sales Support and Order Processing role in our Wakefield office on a fixed term contract basis of approximately 9 months
Do you have previous experience in an office based role?
Are you good with numbers, great with Excel, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to grasp things quickly and multi-task?  If so we’d like to hear from you!
Our sales order processing team is friendly, supportive, and willing to train the right person in new systems

Main responsibilities  
  • Sales order processing
  • Assist with preparing sales analysis reports and developing projections and forecasts
  • Developing and building excellent internal and external relationships
  • Assist with compiling detailed turnover and forecasting reports
  • Helping to analyse processes and workflows to find out how they can be improved
  • Helping to provide up-to-date, accurate and relevant data for the finance team
  • Working with other business areas in creating and improving existing sales order reports

Requirements
  • Previous experience in an office based role
  • Knowledge of sales order processing or willing to learn
  • Numerate, quick learner, able to grasp new processes and systems
  • Can multi task, prioritise and balance multiple responsibilities
  • Proactive, ability to take initiative for own work  
  • Very good Excel skills and Microsoft Office suite
  • SAP skills are desirable but not essential
