We have an excellent opportunity for a Software Support Administrator in our Wakefield office on a 12-month fixed term contract basis
You will have a varied job working in a small but busy software support team to provide support and maintenance to a wide range of customers on a specific software known as OneStop, which monitors our multiple Photocopiers on customer sites
Your day-to-day work will include liaising with customers to assist with queries and analysis of software data to spot trends and issues before they arise
This would be a great role for someone with A level or equivalent in IT/Computing//Networking who has an analytical mind and very good communication skills 

Main responsibilities  
Detect, identify and report on early replacement issues for copier consumables 
Monitor low supply messages and notifications
Liaise with customers and internal departments to reduce excess deliveries and supplies
Monitor customer software to notify of any issues and help with resolution 
Talk clients through actions to help install, set up, update or fix software on site
  
Requirements 
Good ICT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically information and data manipulation, analysis and presentation in Excel and Word 
A basic knowledge of networking concepts 
Experience of analysing data - analytical mindset 
Experience of report writing or documenting findings of analysis 
Effective planning and organisation skills
Effective oral and written communication skills
