We are looking to expand our ERP service offering and are therefore looking for a Head of ERP, who will be a member of our senior management team, and will be responsible for running our ERP business, providing software and support services to over 300 clients.
We are looking for someone who has a detailed understanding of ERP software and sales and how to effectively support it. The successful candidate will set the future direction for our ERP business and will be tasked with the creation and delivery of the profit and loss account, business plans and monthly plans. They will also look for and introduce new products and technologies into the business unit and work with our marketing team to drive marketing activity for the business.
The successful candidate will also attend new business meetings to win new clients, as well as visiting current clients with the team, ensuring high levels of service delivery, client retention and the adoption of solutions. You will be involved with the account management of key ERP clients and will act as an escalation point for any issues both internally and externally.
You will manage a team of 9 who include Account Managers, Support Desk, Implementation Consultants and Developers. You will ensure that our people commitments are delivered, which will include development reviews, and one to one meetings. You will also be responsible for recruiting any new team members required and ensuring high levels of team motivation and retention.
