The heart of all of this activity lies within our very talented Marketing Team. As the Marketing Executive, you will be working closely with and reporting to the Marketing Director, working on digital marketing communications and campaigns, and activity in support of our business growth including managing nurture campaigns and ensuring leads are followed up by the business development teams. Delivering integrated marketing campaigns alongside the Marketing Team and Business Development Team, social media activity, creating regular articles / blogs, supporting the design and delivery of company events, and providing the necessary collateral material. You will also be encouraged to come up with ideas and innovative approaches to strengthen the Marketing team within CIT.

Key tasks & accountabilities
  • Create scheduled Social Media posts and plan monthly activity alongside the Senior Marketing Executive
  • Develop sales tools and collateral material to support business development activity for new and existing products and services.
  • Build weekly blog content for use on website and social media.
  • Support the regional offices with local event activity.
  • Manage the maintenance and updating of the prospect database.
  • Plan and deliver frequent direct marketing campaigns to specific segments.
  • Support the launch of new products and services as required.
  • Manage the referral incentive programme and maximise its profile and results.
  • Create monthly marketing activity plans alongside the Marketing team.
  • Support Regional Managers with branding client facing material.
  • New ideas and creation of branded merchandise.
  • Attend Business shows and events to represent Complete I.T.
 

Experience & knowledge:

  • Previous experience in an IT/IT Services environment would be beneficial but not essential
  • Marketing qualification and know how
  • Digital marketing experience
  • Marketing communications planning and execution
  • Social media experience
